All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. When an item is no longer available, we take reasonable steps to remove it from the website as soon as we can. If you cannot find an item you saw on a previous visit, please notify our customer care team, and we will let you know whether we can find the item for you.
We take great care to ensure that all information about our products, including prices, set forth is up-to-date, accurate and reliable. However, there may be occasions when information contained on our site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, inaccuracies as to merchandise size, price, colour or other matters, or an item that is no longer in stock. Any errors are unintentional and we apologise if any information on the site is inaccurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time, including after you have placed your order. We reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost and usual delivery times. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an explanatory email from us detailing the reasons why.
Bexrox.com accept most major credit/debit cards including: VISA, and Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Please note for all orders placed with PayPal payment is debited directly at the time of order, before your items are shipped. In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to BEX ROX, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. DELIVERY We make every effort to ship your order to you within 7 to 10 business days. There may be times when we are out of stock on an item or that item may be on back order. We will do our best to expedite the completion of your order. If for any reason we cannot send out your order you will be notified immediately.
- Free shipping for all UK orders over £200, otherwise standard Royal Mail shipping.
- Europe – £10 via Royal Mail(5-7 business days) or £20 via Private Courier (3-4 business days)
- Rest of the World – £25 via Private Courier (3-4 business days)
We are confident that you will be happy with your BEX ROX purchase. However if for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a credit note applicable to a future order. You have 14 days to return your order from the date you have received your order. Credit notes will be issued in the retail amount of the merchandise including any sales tax but excluding the original cost of shipping and handling, when applicable. Please be sure to include the following with your return:
- Copy of your receipt
- Telephone number and address
- Reason for return
For your protection, please ensure your item is shipped by a means with which you will receive a tracking number, as BEX ROX is not responsible for any losses or damage to items we do not ship. We are not able to accept any returns from items purchased in a retail store or other website. Engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on Bexrox.com is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. We have taken great care to prevent Internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is stored securely and safely. However, we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers. We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TOS where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
